NT Family, here’s a secret….30 minutes a day is the NT fitness way! We believe that working out for 30 minutes a day is extremely important to your health and wellness. We just agree that in the Mornings it’s even better.

Here are our top 3 Benefits of Morning workouts:

1: Helps Establish a Routine

Knowing that everyday you know you are going to workout at the exact same time helps with staying on a healthy track. Add it to your calendar, set your alarm, and stay on a consistent schedule for a week. Watch and see the difference your mornings make.  

2: Provides Energy

Are you a coffee or tea drinker just so you can get that morning kick? How about you trade in that cup for a 30 minute morning workout. See if you can challenge yourself to trade in the morning blend for a morning cardio session.  

3: Stress Relief

Imagine having a hard day of work and you’re just so tired after you get off. We know, it happens more often than not. Take control of your mornings and before going into that busy day of work, blow some steam from the night before and start fresh.
