5 Types of Cardio to Burn Fat

NT Family, are you ready to burn a few calories but have no idea where to start? Are you struggling to find the best way to burn fat? Well, look no further. We are providing a few cardio workouts that we found work for us. No need to fear, the cardio crew is here!

Here are our top 5 cardio workouts:

5: Elliptical

Minimal impact on the knees and hips. Very effective. Impact is low but still brings the calorie burning effect.  

4: Running (indoors/outdoors) 

Running is one of the most hated cardio workouts but it’s one of the most effective. Running at a moderate pace is a sure way to burn fat and calories.  

3: Stair Master

This is one of the tougher of the bunch. Uses more muscles than just walking which strengthens your leg muscles. Not the easiest or recommended for those who have joint pain but very very effective.

2: Jumprope

One of NT’s favorites and the best one we recommend for cardio. Perks: it’s cheap, can be done anywhere, will def break a sweat, and you can go at your own pace. This cardio session will burn a great amount of calories and self-controlled.

1: Cycling

Also a fan favorite and very effective. To burn the most calories it does require an intense rate or incline to ge t the best workout. Intervals or long steady rides will be your best bet!
