Shipping
We ship products every Wednesday and Saturday.
GENERAL INFORMATION
To ensure that your package is properly delivered and that you receive your package within the time frame, please make sure that your address is correctly entered and includes all relevant and/or required information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers,and route information (if applicable) is critical for ensuring timely delivery. We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase.
When your order is placed, you will receive an automatic confirmation email. Your order will be processed and when it's ready you will receive a second email with tracking information for your shipment.
Note: Receiving a shipping confirmation email does not necessarily mean the carrier has picked up your package. Depending on the shipping method selected, please use the carrier’s tracking features to determine when your package is picked up, in-transit, and delivered to your door.
SHIPPING FEES
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Returns
NT water bottles are non-refundable or returnable. NT clothing is non-refundable.
You can exchange NT Clothing in the event of damage or for a size change. Here’s what you need to know:
If damaged during shipping OR for an exchange, please email us and provide pictures.
You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs to return your item(s).
Items must be sent back within 30 days of the delivery date.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
Please allow 5-7 business days for us to process your return once it is received
Naturally Toned is not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.
