3 Ways to Stay on Track for your Workout

Hey NT Babes, So we want to start off by saying, we get that finding the motivation to workout can be tough. It’s easy to press the snooze button, tell yourself to do it later, or just not have the motivation to push yourself. Welp you’re in luck, we are giving you our top 3 ways to stay motivated to workout. 

1.    Stop Snoozing your alarm. 

We get that this sounds simple but it truly is. Before you go to bed at night, find a reasonable time to get up and get your morning workout in. Research has shown that the more you press snooze, the more irritated you are. Put your alarm somewhere that forces you to get up and to get going. 

2.    Listen to Inspiring Words. 

 Checking your social media first thing in the morning is a no-go. If you think about it, when you check your social media accounts first thing, how much time goes by before you realize you’re running late? Whether you put on an audiobook, youtube video, or read a motivational book, find something or someone who pushes you to stay on top of your workout schedule. 

3.    Write down your goals the night before. 

 Write down your goal, set it as your alarm reminder, or write  down some words of affirmation and post it somewhere that you will see it in the morning. First thing when you wake up, read it immediately and see if it motivates you to push yourself. This can be your daily reminder of your goals you want to accomplish and how you set the tone for the day.
