We are back and super excited to be sharing today’s short blog on: NT’s Top 5 Gym Essentials. 

We know that it can be overwhelming to find the best workout equipment or items to take to the gym so we are here to give you our favorites to keep in your gym bag. 

Although there are many other items that you can bring with you to reach your fullest potential, here is a few basic necesseties that are more than needed. 


Our top 5 gym essentials….

1.Jumprope 

Our Toned babes find that going to the gym at the peak hours of the day can have you waiting for cardio equipment for longer than wanted. Well, guess what? A great way to get your cardio done is by heading to the studio and knocking out your cardio there. Its perfect for a good cardio session and since you brought your own, there is no wait time!

2.NT Bottle/ NT Shaker 

Well of course we had to add in our Shaker and bottle. It’s the perfect bottle to get your pre-workout in and our 2.2L bottles are perfect to make sure you are staying hydrated. Not only that, but since it is able to hold half a gallon, that is less breaks in your workout to have to refill your average bottle. Ummm…can you say win?

3.Headphones

We have found out that the best workout songs boost your workout and fills the need to push even harder. Having those beats in your ears as you workout lets you tune everyone out and solely focus on your personal gym goals. Plus, sometimes we don’t want to chat. In and out, that’s it.

4.Towel 

 Okay this one is a Huge favorite. If you are anything like us, most likely you are breaking a sweat as you workout. Guess who doesn’t want to continue to have sweaty paper towels ripping as we try to wipe the sweat. *inserts raise hand emoji*. Having your own towel will not only be super convenient for you, but it will also be the most productive in wiping away the sweat during your workout.

5.Phone Charger 

Have you been to the gym lately and your phone is below 20%. How damaging is it for you to get that feeling. We totally understand. Imagine bringing your charger and boom, you are set for however long you want to stay at the gym and have a successful workout.
