3 Morning or Night Self- Care Tips

 #TonedBabes, No matter if you’re getting out of bed or getting into bed, here are 3 tips that might be beneficial if included into both routines. 

1.Stretch 

Stretching is the most important part of being physically active. It helps with circulation and gives you the right amount of energy to relax and release some of the muscle aches gained throughout the day. Being able to release tension throughout your body will definitely help with relaxing not only your body,, but your mind.

2.Meditate 

This practice works for any time of the day but mornings and nights we find are the most beneficial. The perfect way to boost your mornings and to reflect on your evenings. Look to invest in a yoga mat, candles, and a notebook to write down your thoughts. Research has shown that meditating can assist in training your mind to focus and shift your thoughts. It is known to also reduce stress and aid with healthy sleep patterns.

3.Sip on lemon water 

 There are so many great health benefits for lemon water on the body. Although it helps boost your immune system, it also helps to relax your mind. It helps to promote hydration, good source of vitamin C, and helps support weight loss. Not to mention that it aids in digestion!

Recommendation on making lemon water: squeeze half a lemon into either warm or cold water and let it sit for 1-2 minutes.
